Tony Flanagan is the Group CEO and Founder of Wilton. Wilton is an advisory business employing circa 200 staff. Services include traditional professional services such as tax planning and accountancy. It also operate a corporate finance business and an investment business. Lastly, Wilton are a major provider of UK pensions and have recently acquired an insurance company.

With over 25 years of experience, Tony possesses a wealth of knowledge in areas of taxation, trustee services and corporate finance, helping clients and businesses in the UK and internationally. Along with advising companies on acquisitions and fundraising, Tony has acted as an advisor to the board of both Albemarle & Bond Holdings Plc and OPG Power Ventures Plc in respect to their admissions to London’s AIM market.

Tony has also advised luxury fashion and technology start-ups such as Farfetch, from initial concept through to their recent listing on the NYSE and has been active in fundraising and investing into Life Sciences/MedTech businesses including Emergex, Solvotrin Therapeutics and Actinopharma.
