BSc (Hons), MPhil (Cantab), AKC, PhD

After receiving a BSc (Hons) in biology with a focus on medical parasitology and early response genes Linda entered the management graduate scheme at IBM. This led to an early career focused in IT until she made the transition to combine science with business by studying for an MPhil at Cambridge University and later a PhD at Imperial College London.

Since the transition Linda has worked in the life sciences industry for over 20 years as a global director within a large pharmaceutical company, as an equity research analyst in investment banking (specialising in Pharma, Biotech and Medtech) and as an entrepreneur. Most recently, Linda was CEO of a high-tech R&D company focused in both the security and life sciences industries.

Dr Pomeroy co-founded Cambridge Orthopaedic Labs.
