Mr. Anderson has been a successful serial entrepreneur in the Medical Device field for 25+ years.

The focus of Mr. Anderson’s career has been non-traditional Orthopaedics and Biomaterials and he has been a part of the creation and growth of multiple Orthopaedic organizations; Osteotech (Founder and Exec VP), Bionx Implants (CEO), Replication Medical (Founder and Director), Orteq Sportsmedicine (Founder, Chairman and CEO), Synergy Biomedical (Director), and Gentis (CEO). In addition to his Orthopaedic experience, Mr. Anderson also served as CEO of Kensey Nash a major supplier of biomaterials to the global orthopedic industry and Sterilox Technologies (Disinfection).

Mr. Anderson currently serves on the Board of Koru Medical and Carmell Therapeutics and was a part of the team that sold ACell to Integra LifeSciences for $400 million.

Over his years as a hands-on manager in start-up and growth company operations, he has raised over $300 million in capital, taken a company through the IPO route onto NASDAQ and has been a part of multiple M&A transactions.
